Sunday, November 5th is when daylight savings times ends. Remember to turn back your clocks one hour on this day. The Hamilton Fire Department would also like to remind all citizens to replace the batteries int heir smoke alarms this weekend when they adjust their clocks back one hour.

An operational smoke alarm will provide you and your family with the protection and early warning necessary to give you and your family the best chance to survive a fire in your home.

Smoke Alarm Safety Tips:

– Ensure that all members of your household know what to do when the smoke alarm sounds
