November 11, 2011

Dear Resident:

Our firm has been retained to provide Contract Administration and Inspection Services for the completion of the Kopperfield Lane Reconstruction from Glancaster Road to Kellogg Avenue. The completion of this work will be undertaken by AMICO Infrastructure Inc.

The servicing of this project includes complete road reconstruction (the removal and replacement of existing asphalt and concrete curbing) and the construction and/or replacement of the municipal sewer system and watermain. Kopperfield Lane will be closed between Glancaster Road and Kellogg Avenue during the period between Wednesday November 16, 2011 and Friday December 9, 2011. It is advised that traffic within the subdivision use Idlewilde Lane and Grassyplain Drive for access to Glancaster Road.

Residents will be notified of any watermain shutdown by our resident observer, Rick McCabe with advance notice.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and ask for your patience while this work is being completed. Should you have any questions pertaining to these works please contact our office or our resident observer on site.
