Council 2010-Present

Councillor Johnson has implemented positive change in Ward 11 since being in office. Ward 11 is deemed the fastest growing ward in Hamilton and with that, much adaptation has had to occur. With new development comes growth of constituents in which she takes pride in assuring appropriate needs are met for residents. Binbrook Skate Park, Winona Community centre and various community outreach programs are among many of the additions she has brought to our ward.

Brenda’s greatest strength is listening to resident’s needs and helping them to achieve a solution. She is diligent; never accepting “no” as an answer. She is a true advocate for her community and takes joy in dedicating her time to helping her neighborhood and making it a wonderful place to reside in.
Brenda has been happily married for over 30 years to Glen Johnson with two grown sons Brian and Daniel.
