The above property will be coming to the City of Hamilton committee of adjustments on Thursday January 23rd. The property owner plans to demolish the existing commercial/office building and put in a gas station, restaurant with drive thru, bay car wash & commercial building. They will be asking the committee of adjustments for a minor variance to allow for smaller setbacks from the property lines than required and allow for less and smaller parking spaces than required.

The public meeting is scheduled for Thursday January 23rd at 3:05pm at City Hall rooms 192 & 193. This public meeting will allow for any members of the public to speak to the committee regarding this request.
